I absolutely love this place. They are the best place to get Chinese that I've ever had. I don't go anywhere else . They have a shrimp fried rice that has the best flavor if you don't like shrimp would still enjoy it cuz it doesn't have a strong shrimp flavor.

Love New Panda in Endicott!Consistently excellent food! Our favorite Chinese take out, year after year. Our favorites: the wonton and hot sour soups, the BBQ boneless ribs, the fried rice and lo mein, the Kung Pao, the Szechuan Chicken, and the Moo Goo Gai Pan. They have been very pleasant about requesting substitution of ingredients. The meat and vegetables have always been fresh and high quality. The Healthy menu is great for people who need better control of their sodium.

Talk about your 'diamond in the rough'! We rarely have the luxury of dining out together these days. That said, we have our first local favorite spot! The energy in this place equals the super friendly and efficient staff &&& some of the finest lunch and dinner choices big enough for a king (portions). You won't wait long as they are prompt but you might just make the time to peruse their small indoor garden;-)

My husband works at Friar across the street. Ordered take out tonight. It was amazing!!! Best shrimp toast I've ever had. But disappointed there were only 3. Also best egg drop soup and crab rangoon.

The lady that answers is so nice and she knows what I mean to order and tells me no that's not what you want you mean this! Lol and she's right. The food is great the price is fair and the delivery service is quick and I love the delivery guy he's so nice and I love tipping him he's so happy about it and grateful that it makes me feel good doing it. But I believe they deserve it. Also if I mess up and order the wrong thing I call her and she figures out what I meant and they bring it right away no extra charge but I make him take another tip, he did make another trip right? I love this place and the people there.

Easy to order online, understands The English quite well, Prices are higher than thought it should be, but it's the times..3 people rice,, lomein,, crab ragoons,, Chinese vegetables all picked up for 37 odd cents. Outstanding Fried Rice..just cannot handle the next day bloat due to Salt,msg... good tasting, hard to quit once you start...

I ordered for delivery and this is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. China Garden used to be my favorite but they have declined in recent years. The quality of food at Panda is superior to all others in the area and the price is fair unlike China Garden who keeps raising their prices more and more! I’m upset with China garden because they don’t have good tasting food anymore and their prices get more and more rediculous and they do not deliver anymore and they sometimes charge your card over the amount you owe even by 20 dollars and you have to go back in and make them correct it. I hope Panda remains the perfect way it is. I hope their prices remain the same and I hope their food remains as delicious as it was for me today and I hope they continue to deliver. Panda RULES!!!

New in New Panda name doesn't fit as the store front is rather run down, but don't let that scare you off. My sister in law and I both love Chinese takeout, so we drove a bit off the interstate to stop here. We weren't disappointed. Our General Tso's chicken was prepared fresh in front of us from breast meat (always precooked dark meat back home). I don't know how they made their batter, but there was a crunch like dry cornflakes when biting into the chicken, and the white meat was so juicey. The only regret I would have in stopping here is knowing they aren't available to me on a regular basis. I would really like to know what kind of tweaks the old chef has on other American Chinese dishes. I bet the locals don't appreciate this gem.
